No one was present.

North American Tapes – 22430 County Route 196 – Tax Map #73.20-1-17 – 40′ x 120′ addition to the existing building. – Site Plan.

Steve Hare, Indian River Lakes Engineering, LLC, on behalf of North American Tapes, submitted a completed application and proposed plans for the construction of a 40′ x 120′ Banbury Room addition at the rear of the existing building. Discussion followed.

Motion 18-19: Motion by Mr. Boxberger, seconded by Mr. MacAdam to waive site plan review for North American Tapes, 22430 County Route 196, Tax Map #73.20-1-17 for the construction of a 40′ x 120′ Banbury Room located at the rear of the existing building. The justification for waiving site plan review is that there is no impact on drainage as this will be built over an existing impermeable surface, there is no change in parking, driveway access, or vegetation. The expansion is basically invisible from the road and will match the existing building. It also represents a very small percentage of the total building size.

Ayes All: Motion Carried.
