Mr. Wormwood called the regular July meeting of the Town of Watertown Zoning Board of Appeal to order at 7:00 p.m.

Motion 1-21: Motion by Mr. Wormwood, seconded by Mrs. Kiernan to accept the minutes of the August 3, 2020 meeting as written and distributed.

Ayes All: Motion Carried.

VARIANCE REQUEST

Tnara Route 3, LLC – 20485 NYS Route 3 – Tax Map #82.11-1-36 – Variance Request on Road Frontage for a 2 Lot Subdivision – Minimum Road Frontage of 250′ Per Lot is Required.

Rob Busler, LaFave, White & McGivern, on behalf of Tnara Route 3, LLC, asked for a variance of road frontage for Tnara Route 3, LLC, 20485 NYS Route 3, Tax Map #82.11-1-36 for a 2 lot subdivision.

The property has approximately 292 feet of road frontage and they would like to subdivide the property into two lots which require 250′ road frontage per lot. Discussion followed.

Motion 2-21: Motion by Mr. Wormwood, seconded by Mrs. Kiernan to schedule a public hearing for a variance of road frontage for Tnara Route 3, LLC, 20485 NYS Route 3 on Monday, August 2, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.

Ayes All: Motion Carried.

INTERPRETATION OF SIGN ORDINANCE

Popeyes Chicken – 21050 NYS Route 3 – Tax Map #82.11-1-67.2

This matter was taken care of at the Town of Watertown Planning Board meeting and the proposed signage was determined to be a replacement of an existing sign.

Motion 3-21: Motion by Mr. Wormwood, seconded by Mr. Dulmage to adjourn the meeting at 7:10 p.m.
