Mr. Wormwood called the regular January meeting of the Town of Watertown Zoning Board of Appeal to order at 7:00 p.m.
Motion 1-24: Motion by Mr. Cooney, seconded by Mr. Wormwood to accept the minutes of the December 4 2023 meeting as written and distributed.
Ayes All: Motion Carried.
PUBLIC HEARING – VARIANCE REQUEST
Sarah Glazer – 20548 Hadcock Road – Tax Map #83.16-1-5 – Variance Request of Front Setback Requirements for an Addition to the Front of the Existing House. Zoning Requires 30′ from the Right-of-Way. The Plans show 23.5′ from the Right-of-Way.
Legal notice was posted in the newspaper and evidence was provided that adjacent property owners were notified.
The public hearing was opened at 7:01 p.m. No one from the public wished to speak. The public hearing was closed at 7:01 p.m.
VARIANCE REQUEST
Sarah Glazer – 20548 Hadcock Road – Tax Map #83.16-1-5 – Variance Request of Front Setback Requirements for an Addition to the Front of the Existing House. Zoning Requires 30′ from the Right-of-Way. The Plans show 23.5′ from the Right-of-Way.
Brian Krueger, Aubertine & Currier, on behalf of Sarah Glazer was present. The Board reviewed the proposed plans.
Motion 2-24: Motion by Mr. Wormwood, seconded by Mr. Dulmage to grant a front setback variance at 23.5′ of the required 30′ from the right-of-way to Sarah Glazer, 20548 Hadcock Road, Tax Map #83.16-1-5 for the construction of an addition to the front of the house.
Ayes All: Motion Carried.
Motion 3-24: Motion by Mr. Cooney, seconded by Mr. Dulmage that Mr. Wormwood will continue to be Chairman of the Town of Watertown Zoning Board of Appeal for 2024.
Ayes All: Motion Carried.

Motion 4-24: Motion by Mr. Cooney, seconded by Mrs. Kiernan that all regular meeting of the Town of Watertown Zoning Board of Appeal be held on the first Monday of each month for 2024.
Ayes All: Motion Carried.
Motion 5-24: Motion by Mr. Wormwood, seconded by Mr. Dulmage to adjourn the meeting at 7:06 p.m.
