Jean Waterbury will be a voting member in Mr. Boxberger’s absence.
Mrs. Desormo called the regular February meeting of the Town of Watertown Planning Board to order at 3:00 p.m.
Motion 8-24: Motion by Mr. Smith, seconded by Mr. MacAdam to accept the minutes from the January 8, 2024 meeting as written and distributed.
Ayes All: Motion Carried.
Reminder, the March meeting will be held on Monday, March 11, 2024 at 3:00 p.m.
AT & T – North of NYS Route 3 – Tax Map #82.11-1-5.3-601 – Additional of Antennas to Water Tower – Site Plan/Special Use Permit.
Mark Fuentes, Airosmith Inc., on behalf of AT & T, presented proposed plans to add six (6) antennas, fifteen (15) remote radio heads, three (3) fiber management boxes, three (3) squid, nine (9) DC power cables, three (3) fiber cables on the existing water tank at 113+ feet, and install a 7 ½’ x 14′ platform with equipment shelter, generator, and ancillary equipment inside the existing fenced compound. Discussion followed.
Motion 9-24: Motion by Mrs. Desormo, seconded by Mr. MacAdam to schedule a public hearing for site plan/special use for AT & T, North of NYS Route 3, Tax Map #82.11-1-5.3-601 on Monday, March 11, 2024 at 3:00 p.m.
Ayes All: Motion Carried.
This matter will be referred to the Jefferson County Department of Planning for review.
Motion 10-24: Motion by Mrs. Desormo, seconded Mr. MacAdam to adjourn the meeting at 3:10 p.m.
