Mr. Cooney called the regular April meeting of the Town of Watertown Zoning Board of Appeal to order at 7:00 p.m.
Motion 1-25: Motion by Mr. Dulmage, seconded by Mrs. Knapp to accept the minutes of the October 7, 2024 meeting as written and distributed.
Ayes All: Motion Carried.
Michael & Yvonne Brown – 22163 Swan Road – Tax Map #91.13-1-25 – request for a rear setback variance for a storage shed. Zoning requires a 40′ rear setback. Proposed plans show a 10′ rear setback.
Yvonne Brown reviewed proposed plans to place a 20′ x 20′ steel storage shed on a concrete pad on property located at 22163 Swan Road, Tax Map #91.13-1-25. Discussion followed.
It is the consensus of the Board that they would like to see the proposed shed placed at 20′ off the rear property line. Zoning requires a 40′ rear setback.
Mrs. Brown will come back with revised plans.
Motion 2-25: Motion by Mrs. Knapp, seconded by Mrs. Kiernan to schedule a public hearing on Monday, May 5, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. for Michael & Yvonne Brown, 22163 Swan Road, Tax Map #91.13-1-25 for a variance request to place a 20′ x 20′ shed at 20′ from the rear property line. Zoning regulations require a 40′ rear setback.
Ayes All: Motion Carried.
Motion 3-25: Motion by Mrs. Knapp, seconded by Mrs. Kiernan to adjourn the meeting at 7:20 p.m.
