The project was held up by interest of property owners on Hadcock Road wanting to be included in the district. The income study would need to be adjusted to include this road, and approval was needed from Rural Development. After many months of waiting for the approval, it was decided to advance the project to the original area. Mr. Scordo gave an update with new projected cost and what the next steps are with the project. A 6% inflation and 10% contingency were added to the projected cost of 4.2 million. Included with the information was the Environmental Assessment Form.
