NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL

Pursuant to Section 1526 of the Real Property Tax Law Revised by L 1970 ch 957

HEARING OF COMPLAINTS

Notice is hereby given that the Assessor of the Town of Watertown, County of Jefferson,
has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year; that a copy thereof has
been posted on the Town of Watertown website.

Due to the Covid-19 restrictions by the Governor’s Executive Order 202.22 I will be available by phone only. Please feel free to call me with any questions or concerns. (315-783-0939) You may also mail any concerns to me at: 3 South Main St., Adams, NY 13605

Grievance Day may or may not be held as usual depending on State mandated restrictions. Please submit Complaint on Assessment Form RP524 which can be found at www.tax.ny.gov and any additional evidence 3 days prior to Grievance Day to me at 3 South Main St. Adams, NY 13605.

On “Fourth Tuesday of May Next”

The Board of Assessment Review will meet May 26, 2020 between the hours of 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM to examine all complaints and written materials submitted in relation to such assessments of any person believing him/herself aggrieved hereby and their determination will be sent by mail. This meeting is not open to the public as of current restrictions.
