Town of Watertown Planning Board

Mr. Boxberger called the special meeting of the Town of Watertown Planning Board to order at 3:10 p.m.
Mike Lundy – Agribusiness Park – Route 3 – Preliminary discussion.
Joel Barlett, Town Supervisor and Jay Matteson, Agricultural Coordinator for Jefferson County Economic Development were in attendance.
Mike Lundy approached the board to discuss preliminary plans for development of property on Route 3. Discussion followed regarding usage, zoning, infrastructure, and MS4 requirements.
Mr. Lundy will notify the board when he has more detailed plans to be added to the agenda.
Motion 14-19: Motion by Mr. MacAdam, seconded by Mr. Boxberger to adjourn the meeting at 4:10 p.m.
