Mr. Boxberger called the special meeting of the Town of Watertown Planning Board to order at 3:00 p.m.

LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT

Mike Harringer – 24287 County Route 67 – Tax Map #91.00-1-21.4 / James Biccum – 24613 County Route 67 – Tax Map #91.00-1-21.1 – Lot Line Adjustment.

Patsy Storino submitted a completed application, SEQRA, lot descriptions, and updated plans for a lot line adjustment for Mike Harringer, 24287 County Route 67, Tax Map #91.00-1-21.4 and James Biccum, 24613 County Route 67, Tax Map #91.00-1-21.1. Mr. MacAdam has reviewed the lot descriptions. Discussion followed.

Motion 28-19: Motion by Mrs. Desormo, seconded by Mr. Boxberger to approve a lot line adjustment for Michael & Kate Harrienger, 24287 County Route 67, Tax Map #91.00-1-21.4 and James Biccum, 24613 County Route 67, Tax Map #91.00-1-21.1. This lot line adjustment removes 6.29 acres from Tax Map #91.00-1-21.1 and combines it with Tax Map #91.00-1-21.4 as shown on plans prepared by Patsy A. Storino, Professional Land Surveyor,
File #19-008-Watn., Drawing No. 1, dated 2/18/19 and a survey date of 2/12/19.

SIGN PERMIT

Verizon – 21882 Towne Center Drive – Tax Map #81.00-2-3.3 – Sign Permit.

The board review paperwork submitted by Verizon, 21882 Towne Center Drive, Tax Map #82.00-2-3.3 to replace existing signage with new signage. Discussion followed.

Motion 29-19: Motion by Mrs. Desormo, seconded by Mr. Boxberger to approve the sign permit for Verizon, 21882 Towne Center Drive, Tax Map #81.00-2-3.3 for the replacement of 3 existing signs with new signage as shown on plans prepared by Identiti Resources,
Project #180411, Pages 2-10, dated 4/11/18 showing the dimensions of each sign, condition upon submission the application fee and a zoning permit.

SITE PLAN

DBA – Clifton Land Company, LLC – Classy Chassy Car Wash – 20965 NYS Route 3 – Tax Map #82.11-1-51 – Addition to existing building – Site Plan.

The board reviewed updated plans submitted by Classy Chassy Car Wash, 20965 NYS Route 3, Tax Map #82.11-1-51 for an addition to the existing building that meets zoning requirements. Discussion followed.

Motion 30-19: Motion by Mr. Boxberger, seconded by Mr. Vaas to schedule a public hearing for Classy Chassy Car Wash, 20965 NYS Route 3 for Monday, May 13, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. for site plan review for an addition to the existing building.

Ayes All: Motion Carried.

Motion 31-19: Motion by Mr. MacAdam, seconded by Mr. Boxberger to adjourn the meeting at 3:15 p.m.
